北京谱尼理化分析测试中心是经上级主管部门—北京市科学技术研究院批准改制而成的，具有第三方公正地位的综合性检测机构。中心依照国际 ISO/IEC 17025 建立了严谨的质量控制体系，具有中国实验室国家认可（CNAL）和计量认证（CMA）资质, 所出具的报告不但在国内具有权威性, 而且可得到与CNAL签署双边互认协议的其他国家的认可。
中心现有各种世界顶级的进口分析仪器，可以满足各种样品的分析要求。科技人员具有良好的专业背景和丰富的实践经验，尤其在医药、食品安全、环境安全、电子材料领域具有很高的知名度，而且靠信誉和实力赢得了国内知名企业及众多跨国公司的信赖， 2002年通过摩托罗拉授权，成为摩托罗拉在中国指定的唯一材料分析实验室。我们的长期合作伙伴还包括美国通用、索尼、松下、飞利浦、三星、LG、JVC、海尔、科龙、华为等著名跨国公司以及国内知名企业。
同时中心一直从事各种分析检测方法的研究，参与国家标准与行业标准的制定与修订工作。我们现正承担的项目包括：国家863计划、信息产业部相关电子材料检测标准的研究制订、商务部批准的欧盟相关指令对我国电器产品发展及出口影响的研究课题、
北京市科委国际合作等研究项目，并且我中心正在参加国际IEC ACEA电子产品中有毒有害物质标准分析方法的研究制定工作，与国外许多大学、科研单位、保持良好的合作关系，进行相关领域的合作交流与研究。2004年底，通过美国UL公司的认证和授权，成为其在全球指定的第一家RoHS有害物质检测机构。

中心发展规划：
中心现有技术人员五十九人，实验室面积一千多平方米，今年还将大批引进优秀人才，预计到2005年底技术人员数量将增加到100人以上，实验室面积将扩大到2000多平方米，用于电子材料方面的检测仪器将在现有的基础上添置，以满足各大跨国公司及国内知名企业不断增长的检测需求，成为具有国际影响力的权威检测实验室。

We have the most advanced testing equipment and highly talented and competent staff that can meet the different requirements of
different samples, especially in the areas of Environmental &
Occupational Health, Electrical & Electronic Materials Testing areas and so
forth. We have built up a good
reputation among numerous world-famous and nation-famous manufactories, universities
and research centers. In 2002, the
center has been accredited by Motorola Inc. to be the only one materials assay
laboratory in
Meanwhile, we engage in all kinds of analysis method research program for government , and take part in constitution and amendment of
some national and industrial standards. At present, we are assuming national
863 programs, research projects supported by Ministry of Information Industry
and Ministry of Commerce, and international cooperation programs of Beijing
Committee of Science and Technology. Our center was invited by IEC to attend “RoHS
Testing Method Standards” Working Group and do some respective studying work.
At the same time, we became the only Chinese representative of the group. And
in 2004, we are accredited by UL to be her the first
RoHS testing organization in the world.

expanding program of our Lab：
Now our lab has
beyond fifty technological personnel. The area of lab is beyond one thousand
square meters. It is expected that technological personnel will increase until

more testing demand of all kinds of factory.
